 Ex Chef Jurgen Wevers
Born & raised in Holland, Jurgen started working in kitchens when he was only 12, he enrolled into a 5 year apprentice program which is Holland’s rigorous chef training where students that enroll work 6 days a week & go to school for theory on the 7th day. By the time Jurgen was 20 he had the basics down, Jurgen tutored under Michelin Starred chefs. Having had all his training under these highly demanding chefs he had no choice but to constantly meet their high demands, for quality, taste & presentation.
Jurgen is extremely talented for someone so young & his plates are like art, each a masterpiece on its own, not only in the presentation but also in taste.
